There’s no greater compliment than your trust—and your referrals. That’s why we created our Referral Rewards Program to say thank you! When you refer friends or family to our orthodontic care, and they become new patients, you both receive a special reward as a token of our appreciation. It’s our way of sharing smiles all around!

How Our Referral Rewards Program Works

1. Refer a friend or family member to one of our orthodontic offices.
2. The referred person must attend and complete their initial consultation.
3. You'll receive a $25 Amazon Gift Card to use toward oral care products.
4. The referred friend will receive a discount on their orthodontic treatment.

Eligibility

• The referred individual must complete their consultation visit.
• They must be seeking orthodontic care.

Exclusions

• Referrals for individuals already in our system before the referral date do not qualify.
• Members of the same household as the referring patient are not eligible.

How to Qualify

• A completed referral form must be submitted prior to the referred patient's consultation appointment.

Insurance Requirements

• Referred patients must not be enrolled in local, state, or federally funded insurance plans.
