I don’t often write reviews, and I’m someone who is hard to please with goods/services, so it takes a high bar of excellence for me to write a review. A friend recommended Dr. Barillas to me and went to her to do a round of braces for me and my husband. We were consistently satisfied with the level of attention and service that we got from Dr. Ingrid herself and her staff as well: the treatment was explained clearly and honestly, the office is modern and clean, everyone is friendly and helpful about answering questions/concerns and the prices are competitive with other doctors in the city. But I’m giving her 5 stars because of the above and beyond customer service that she offered. Dr. Barillas was extremely helpful in being available for check-up appointments at times that worked with our schedule. I wouldn’t have been able to do it if she wasn’t so customer-oriented. I recommend her completely!
